An hour on the golf course with 6x440m 96s one way 92s the other, with 1min recoveries, then 2x320m 66/68s with a minute between. Had to quit the 440s 'cause the top end of the fairway got invaded by about 100 'roos, so I moved across to another hole.
Yesterday was an easy trot thru Spring Plains Forest for an hour. Very,very slow.
Sunday, 86mins inc the very steep climb up Dairy Flat rd and some rock hopping/bush bashing to the regions highest point.
Saturday was a 5k trail race followed by a 1500m trail race. Both were handicap races, good fun events. The 5k was actually a touch slower than a hilly 12k I ran not so long ago. This is often the case with me these days. Our hilly 10k trail race is often where I run my 2 fastest 5k's for the year haha. That's why I thought I should pop a few fast efforts on the golf course today.
