Exactly the same as yesterday, except, the back was looser and I was a little bit faster: 45min jog + 4x130m accels on grass + 5min jog.
My friends, let it go. Let it flow. Let it show.

jogged a few opposing laps in lane 0 while the troops did their intervals....took a few breaks to check their status.....legs tired, so did not do much....maybe 2M?.....next run planned for sometime on the weekend....hopefully back to the 40+' area.....i guess lolo didn't get the message.....):
All the best O2, HMP!
Yesterday: long bike commute and ended up with a 2km walk with my 5yo son on my shoulders to gymnastics. Sometimes he gets tired and needs a bit of a prop. A good workout for me.
today: bike commute so far
Alright gentlemen: lets try to be really nice. Maybe the message was not received because the proper name was not used. Fair enough: i were particularly sensitive, who knows, i might even overreact to some-anonymous-body miscaling me.
So:
LOLOLOLOLOLOL, would you please stop?
Please let us know how we can be of help.
Either way:
DESCRIBE YOUR RUNNING TODAY !!!
15 miles today.
I think we've seen the last of winter here in Toronto. Was warm enough for me to get salt stains on my face for the first time in a while.
6/9 double, with 8*100 meter strides in the morning.
My my, letsrun has sure been busy today!!!
I had an excellent session, the back is much better, 40min easy + 4x130m grass accels + 10min easy felt great.
I'm looking forward to some more speed and spike work tomorrow. A hard tempo 800m (normal running shoes) and a 300m (spikes) at 800m pace will do the trick. ie 20min jog + 4x100m accels + 800m (2:40ish) + change to spikes + 4x60m + 300m in 50ish + 10min jog. That is the plan. The dream, hahaha. 3 weeks to 800m race.
Hey guys dont miss this howler from
Running Dogg (No fan of skuj):

RD you been active today as mentioned.
Someone at dyrt asked me what it is that i want.
I want rd to cease to exist; knowing that will
never happen I vow to not let his obsession with
skuj go unchallenged. Nobody deserevs this.
Despite rumours to the contrary, it's been another busy week which has prevented me from posting on a daily basis. Business as usual! Ha, ha! Well it's the weekend and I'm here to say my running has gone well this past week. Got in several good runs and have nudged the 50-minute mark. Can an hour be far away? Maybe today? (probably not - Ha ha!)
Many thanks to those of you who keep this thread pointed in the right direction; tpcb, mopak, driske, special O2, JonH, Happy Runner 123, Heres my plan, et. al.. Together we can keep this thread on the right path. The troll(s) have been unable to win in the past and this time will be no different. Keep rocking!
Keep up the good work, all!
today: kids athletics. then 30mins jog around the infield on grass in vibrams. comfy aerobic chat.

I did exactly this. My back was still a bit stiff, and the running wasn't easy, but the session went well, I think. The spikes felt much better today. 800m in 2:39 all huffy and puffy, 300m in 50 feeling quite anaerobic near the end.
Next week hopefully a good feeling 400 in 67, with no 800 to tire me out beforehand. (Today's 800m was actually an "upper" for a 1 Mile that we are doing on Wednesday.)
Cheers
Skuj

The following is for RD, so the rest of you can just ignore, OK? :)
RD, you keep pointing out that I jumped in front of people for the picture taking on the CVRRTNW portion of our site. (Oh I know, you'll deny deny deny....) I was in the middle of the pack, and the photographer snapped many pics that night. There is one of me, on the CVRRTNW site, because I'm the coach, who wrote all that stuff on that page. You see? :) I'm just trying to help you to focus in your trolling efforts. Anyway, if the post that LOLOLOLOLOL linked to isn't an indication that you really do need to get a new hobby, then I don't know what is. The posts from yesterday have been reported to letsrun (because they really are all quite defamatory), and letsrun is really quite interested in this kind of thing. So if you think you are completely free to carry on like that without consequence, think again.
today was 1 hour on the elliptical machine. looking to do 2nd marathon in may, but have been sidelined for the week b/c i bruised my shin/ankle. hopefully be running by monday
If you really did report those posts (which I doubt), then I'm sure the letsrun folks have told you that I did not post them. Please get a life and stop harassing me. Thank you in advance.

7/3 easy double. Morning did 400/200/200 in 69, 44, 44. 5K tomorrow, not really focusing on it, so trying not to cut back, but I think I can pick up some money to go to the "Heres my plan needs new shoes" fund.

Worst liar in letsrun history
And then you have the gall to tell others to stop doing
what you incessantly do to them.
Unfecking believeable.
Your USELESS at disguising yourself rd so give it up
for the love of god.
Good one, Skuj........NOT! Ha, ha!
Okay, back to reality. I didn't get to the hour mark, but that's no surprise. All felt good, but I did feel a wee tired after 30 minutes. Decided to err on the side of caution and stop after 45 minutes. That was probably a good thing as that was my 3rd run in 4 days, somewhat more aggressive than my original every-other-day plan. Still, I think I can touch an hour sometime within the next fortnight. We'll see.
Good luck with your 5K, HMP. Hopefully those new shoes won't have to wait too long.
I've got another busy week coming up, but I'll check in later today and hopefully once or twice during the week. Gotta see what my "friend" has to say.....ha, ha!
Keep up the good work, all.
AM: Easy 2 miles
PM: Easy 2 miles, 3 miles at 7:04 pace, easy 2 miles.
9 for the day.
welcome.
40 mins shake out in Villa Pamphili park with my buddy Luca. Super relaxing.

You don't fool me anymore; usually a statement like that means you'll be as busy as usual. I read that 'not a fan' post and it is you, say what you want---pathetic stalker.
"Race" this morning. Got up, and it was dumping rain, but I didn't mind, it reminds me of running back home. Anyways, after a 3 mile and change warm up, ready roll. The legs are feeling dead with no pop, but I'm not too worried. Gun goes off, one guy goes with me. After about half a mile I'm all alone, cruise in for a well sub-par time for me, ended up about a quarter of a mile up on second. Got a little check and a humongous trophy, plus some complements from a really cute girl who works at the local rock station.
All in all, I'm OK with everything. The time, in all honesty, was only about 7 seconds off my road PR, ran it for the most part all alone, and this has been a heavy training week. Just to finish it off, the cool down ended up being 9 miles, hit 90 and change this week.
Next weekend I have a goal of getting on the track and cutting my old PR to shreds. Going to relax a bit, let the legs get fresh, and hopefully tear it up.
Happy running.
Pics??
