^^^^So we've noticed.
Any confirmation on the schedule for this weekend? Anyone know where the Colgate Men are off to? I know their meet was cancelled and it was undecided where they were headed. Perhaps we'll see Johnson actually race this weekend, I know he's got far more in the tank than that.
As for the team race, if that course was indeed short, its still looking like Navy and Lehigh up front, with American and Army in the 3 and 4 spots. After that, will be a toss up.
"A toss up" after your top four? Got to be kidding!Bucknell getting everyone healthy including 3 outstanding freshmen. BU will be top 3.PL Championship.Navy, American, Bucknell, Army, Lehigh, Colgate.

Beer Goggles - Just trying to repair any false impressions that I was deriding her earlier...and, an unabashed Raiders fan.

How can you say Lehigh will be up front? 2 of their big 3 haven't even raced yet. You have no idea what kind of shape they are in or whether or not they are injured.

Alright, let's get the talk back to running.
We've finally gone too far with this. It's great for elise that she's in medical school - but come on let her be.
1) Navy
2) Army
3) Lehigh
4) Bucknell
5) American
6) Colgate
7) Lafayette
8) Holy Cross
Army at Iona meet of champions
American and Navy at Navy
Lehigh and Lafayette at Lafayette
Holy Cross at National Catholic Champs (usually at Notre Dame I think)
Colgate at Buffalo
Colgate women at Minutemen Invitational this weekend. Reported elsewhere, competitors will include: BC, UCONN, Keene State, Stonehill along with Amherst College and UMASS. BC ranked #2 in NE and #14 Nationally while UCONN is ranked #7 in NE. Stonehill is ranked #1 in NE (DII) and #23 in the nation. Colgate not shy about running with the big girls.

Looks as if UCONN will not be there. It's not on their schedule and not listed in recent UMASS news release about the event.
Navy going old school with 3 races back to back to back to start the season. You don't see that much anymore.
Mueller 24:50
Mahalsky 24:57
Obrien 25:00
Volkmann 25:05
Bernitt 25:25
Bunch more Lehigh
In a row
Impressive results for so early in the year.
Mueller 24:50 7 second improvement from first meet (conversion)
Mahalsky 24:57 14 second improvement
Obrien 25:00 15 second improvement
Volkman 25:05 0 second improvement
Bernitt 25:25
Good to see Bernitt racing again. Whats up with my boy Jimmy Miller though?
Never mind. I had that wrong. I think it was Miller, not Bernitt. I watched and wrote it from memory so I also might be a few seconds off on each. But anyway, Miller looked like he was hurting and his ankle was taped up but it was loose by the end and flying around.
Colgate women run at Minuteman Invitational 5K and end up fourth behind BC, Amherst and UMASS beating only Keene State. BC gets 13 out of the top 15 finishers with Colgate freshman Olivia Brackett breaking up the pack in 6th (18:30) along with Amherst College's Lambert in 3rd.
Johnson crushed it. The favorite until anyone in the PL challenges him.
