Typically our sessions are 6000m, but this particular one was a little shorter due to our Half Marathon upcoming.
The slowest people got about 4mins rests. The front runners got about 6mins rests. (Because we start each run together, for a variety of reasons.) Does that make for 2 different workouts between the slowest and the fastest? Possibly! But, the differences aren't so great, and the reasons for doing it this way outweigh this factor, imho.
