(Just to show that RD is once again a liar when he again talks about me being banned etc.......) :)
12 miles in 95:53, 3 x 4 mile loops in 34:33, 32:22, 28:58. Getting over pf, takes about 10k just to warm up these days.
Brady, u shud of joined the thai-bo crowd for some post-dump realignment! Sometimes they come out so big they can sorta alter your stride. I think you could have run closer to 5:30s.
today: in vibrams at the park 2k,1k,2k continuous in 7:47, 4:20, 7:40. Smooth.

Never mind the trolls RD; Glad that you r back at it again.
When you did 10x300 in 40, was it really hard? Like 95-100% effort? Most experts in the 10x300 thread think that sub3;40 1500 shape and I'd love to know if you got near that. Thanks. All the best.
Running dog, please respond; thnx.

What makes you think he was referring to you? You still think the world revolves around just you, you conceited prick.
And if you're calling RD a liar, you shouldn't post workouts like that one. 12 miles with PF? Who are you kidding?

Oh I'm sorry RD. You obviously didn't mean me then. :)
PF, plantar fasciitis. (sp?) You know, there are varying degrees/stages of it, isn't there DYRTERS?
Jeez, it's not as if I posted 10x300m in 40sec. Hahahahaha.....

Not handling my return to the DYRT thread very well, are you RD?
Anyone else dealing with pf these days, or in the past? It sure has a mind of it's own, doesn't it?

So then you WERE banned. Why the lies before?

Nice try. My return to regular posting here. I'm not going to let trolls like you win.
Have a nice day! :)

What kind of trolls do you let win?
Isn't RD a mod?

PF sucks bad, I guess there are varying degrees of treatments to such pains as pf--I personally believe certain yoga sequences involving the pivoting of the foot, etc., help tremendously...but I always say yoga is good for everything, etc. I've had my share of bouts with pf for sure: It can feel a sharp needle is being jammed into your heal. If you can find your "third eye", or "the eye of the grounding" in your heal and know what to do with that "eye" then you can fight pf pretty effectively...

Thanks Brady. I've been dealing with this for 5 months, and it is very gradually improving, but every run is sloooooow, due to the nature of it. I just keep hoping that it will continue to improve. I do running shoes in the house, plus the nightsock. I know I can do much more for it though.
today: kids athletics. Played with concentric "pens" for throwing drills with tennis balls into a big bucket. Kids loved it.
The 10 striders on grass barefoot
tomorrow: Roma Ostia halfM. Feeling good...
Have a good go at the half tommorrow.

It looks like our friend is back after his banishment. Oops, I mean self-exile (I guess that's the name for a forced 10+ day vacation -- ha ha). For the record, I can neither confirm, nor deny, that I am a mod. The last thing I want to do is give any potential stalker any more info to aid their creepy activities. (I can, however, confirm that it was our "friend" whose banning I was referring to in an earlier post.)
Meanwhile my running continues it's slow trek toward a return to normalcy, whatever that is. Ha ha. I have continued my plan of alternating days of easy runs which now approach 40 minutes. No 12-milers while complaining of PF for me. Ha ha. (Btw, try the old remedy of rolling a frozen pop bottle along the bottom of your foot.) No problems with the runs and the intent is to continue this plan for a while.
Thanks again to all of you for your support in the face of these obvious attempts to disrupt things. The success of this thread is a tribute to all (okay, most) of you who make your regular contributions to keep this fantastic thread thriving. I am thankful for my small part and humbled by what this has grown to.
Keep up the good work, all!

Don't be an idiot RD. You are NOT a mod, because I've chatted with "letsrun.com" a lot about you. They can read, you know.
Now please, answer all the questions about your 10x300m in 40sec, hahahahaha........
