Pressed for time today:
10-minute run just as it was getting dark in the PM, plus a few secret sets of 30 reps each of squats and push ups in the hallways, and one set in the elevator, at work when no one was looking.
Hey it's better than nothin'. Kind of cool doing that. I could only imagine if one of the supervisors walked along and found me doing them. Takes maybe 60 to 75 seconds. Peps you up a bit, and when coworkers or managers do things that are dumb ("Dilbert" time), it gives you a physical outlet.
Once a co-worker turned a corner outside an office storage room and found me doing a quick set of push ups, he said "Are you nuts? Oh...oh wait a minute, you do that running and stuff...never mind".
