Why are there no minority Offensive Coordinators/Playcallers in the NFL?

Clearly, the answer must be RACISM! Because according to liberal social theories that are universally accepted by liberals, any discrepancy in achievement between racial groups is because of the patriarchy, Tea Party, KKK, Republicans, and above all, RACISM! If there are more white offensive coordinators than blacks, it's obviously because white males deem black females unfit for the job just because they're black and female! And if blacks outnumber whites, it's because whites see themselves as too racially superior for a "black man's job," so they become golf instructors instead! WE THE PEOPLE need to speak up and institute government programs designed to eradicate racism in America by requiring all NFL teams to hire a percentage of black offensive coordinators that EXACTLY matches the percentage of the US population comprised of blacks! and if that turns out to be mathematically impossible, it's because the white men who "invented" math were RACISTS ant the US government needs to pass new, non-racist laws of math! Huzzah! Freedom!
