Wed: 8 w/4 at solid pace
Thur: 3 w/ 1.67mile race
Fri: 20 mile bike (AM)/10 mile bike + 5 mile run (PM)
Sat: 14
Sun: 7 (am)/20 mile bike + 2 mile run (PM)
Total: 55 running/50 biking
First running post since April. Still have a couple bike workouts in the plan because I do have a half-ironman in August that I paid for and I might as well do it. Plus I think it will help keep me from doing to much at first. Will phase biking out in the next couple weeks. Thursday was a relay race that I do with some buddies. I've done it a couple times and am happy with my time. 1.67 miles isn't a predictor of much, but it is still better to have a good time then a slow time.
