So u cut calories (by cutting way down on carbs), hit the weights, ate more protein, and therefore gained a little muscle mass, and remained lean. Who would of thunk it!??!
It's called body building. People have been doing this countless years, and they didn't need some fad, paelo BS to get them here.
Get over yourself and your "special diet" already.
