    How about the Brooks Green Silence.

    I've run in the Free Run 2 and think the Green Silence is better.

    shoes are more efficient than no shoes. thats why the kenyans who grow up running barefoot put on shoes when they race.

    shoes allow you to more evenly disperse energy into the ground.

    Thank you for your responses after reading reviews and trying on different models, I am going to look further into the NB 730 and Skechers Go Run Bionic. They actually have former Nike Free design guys.

    Otherwise I may design my own shoe.
