Speaking of Ali McLaughlin what happened? Her first year at CU cross she was 5th oa and 1st frosh-beating Hasay I believe. Is she still on team? Any hope of a comeback?

She hasn't competed since indoor 2010. Maybe if she gained 10 pounds she'd be healthy to run again
As far as Kendra goes, its sad as she should be competing in Des Moines
Bump. I did not she her in the Canadian Cross results. Hope she is well.
She is finishing up her eligibility at grad school somewhere in New Mexico. Shes still extremely malnourshed and I hope to see her get it together because she has some real talent but it wont be any good if she cant at least gain 10lbs.[quote]Carmen Santiago wrote:

This is the latest:
She doesn't look malnourished to me--just a typical skinny distance runner. She looks about the same as Lipari next to her.
Still would.
She's here. Not sure how she got to the exact street without a map or directions. I hate big cities.
I'm not good at this. I dont think they are going to like me. People have told me many times that I don't make a good first impression. And I don't know how to be anything other than me.

She filled out (and slowed down) between UW and UNC.

Yes she did. And with good results in the "I want to knock the bottom out of that" department.

Bump
She's working part-time at Crispy Kreme I understand.
Is this her? See under 800 and 1600 meter run.

Yes, kendra runs for new mexico now:

Its a common fact all these girls are so talented, yet they sre running skeletons and end up injured constantly. Think Ashley Brasovan, Kendra Schaaf, Alex Dunne, Megan Goethals, Allie McLoughlin, and the list goes on
Not sure you can group Kendra with the other ladies because she had a very productive 2 years in the NCAA and still competed the other 2 years, although she was injured on and off. As far back as her early H.S. days, Kendra was always small, but a healthy looking small. She actually gained a few pounds her second year at Washington.
I am not sure about what's she is up to right now, but I heard last year she going to do a 5th year somewhere. Btw, Kendra's gait suggested that over time she was going to be susceptible to lower leg problems especially if she gained weight.
I have no idea whether NC is "a mess" as you say, but their girls looked very good at their meet this weekend.
