i could definitely see rupp/farah coming back to pace the 5k. salazar's athletes have run workouts after races, especially races that are out of their range. i could see them coming back to run through 3k in 7:55-8:00 following a solid 1500 effort. then hit one of the tracks nearby to run some quicker stuff, just to reinforce running fast and relaxed while tired.
