Planks don't do crap. I speak as someone who's wasted a lot of time on these things. Look at the world record holder for plank (like 80 min) -- his abs don't show that much even.
Have you ever seen Jordan's mom? I think that Jordan looks just like her mom (just a younger version). They are both attractive people, and more so in person.
