Sheila Reid has run some pretty formidable workouts this spring. One in particular was 12x400@65 w/60sec rest. It appears she is ready to take on some pretty big things very soon.

Even though Katie Flood has been having a breakout year, I suspect Sheila is going to crush her (and everyone else).

Jordan Hasay = Adam Goucher
Oregon beat Villanova by 11 seconds in the 4 by 1,500 the Ducks didn't even need Hasay to own Villanova.
Well, the women rule indoors. This may be an indication of their outdoor dominance at NCAA's this year?

A lot of the Villa girls are injured though.
Penn is not Penn State.
Two thoughts here:
First........Despite injuries, the Villanova women were never a contendor in outdoors to begin with. They run good XC, but when it comes to the oval..... scratch them off the sheet.
Second.......Hard to believe Jack Pfeifer, the "so called" expert and analyst of Track and Field Magazine would pick LSU over the Oregon women in the NCAA outdoor nationals. Are you joking? Look at Oregon's line-up. It's DEVASTATING!
I agree. There is no college team that can line up against Oregon right now. With Hasay, Gardner, Kesselring, Purvis, Kosinski, etc. etc. etc. the list goes on and on, how can anyone compete against that kind of talent?
Purvis may be hurt, but I agree they are loaded. Even without Purvis, they have Friday, Okodogbe and Newson and a couple 6' high jumpers, and on, and on...
jordan=chris derrick
in the world of distance running, hasay is not running in same heat as shelia reid this weekend...draw your own conclusions
collegiate running is full of names and performances. jordan hasay is not the only female collegiate runner in the us...
