Next Race: Boston 4/16
Goal: sub 2:30?
Would love some insight as to whether I have a shot at sub 2:30--I know it's a little late for changes but just want to make sure I'm also not setting myself up for a blow up.
This past week....

Wed- 10 miles easy + 8x100 striders
Thu- Workout (3 mi w/u, 8x1600 w/ 200m jog recovery, 3 mi c/d), 15 miles total; avg. 5:19 lightly cutting down pace each, recovery jog took 52-56 sec, felt very relaxed

Total: ~74 miles
Yearly Total: 1004 mi minimum
Being three weeks out from the race it was a strong week but not overkill. Started taking one day off per week two weeks ago to start giving my body a full day recovery as I had no days off the three months prior. All of the runs I do the pace builds throughout, not falls off. Easy runs normally end up around 6:40-45/mi but I just run the time it takes to do X distance at 7 min/mi.
This will be my second marathon, first one I ran 2:36 doing what I feel was significantly less training. Can give more info on what I've been doing this go round, and my last marathon for comparison if necessary. Would love some thoughts/suggestions on strategy for upcoming Boston.
