Thank you everyone. I went 2 days of eating moderately healthy (better than usual, tried to eat more vegetables and less junk) and then ate a lot of dessert yesterday... but I ran enough that I probably broke even calorie wise. However, today I had another really bad binge and went through almost a whole big box of cereal. A store was also giving free samples of peanut butter cups and I don't know what came over me, I kept going back and ate a lot of those. I feel like I knew what I was doing when I was eating, I just kept eating and eating even though I was full. This is becoming a huge problem for me and I am afraid it is going to affect my races, my lifestyle, and everything. I guess all I can do is start from scratch again and try to eat better tomorrow. Any other tips I can use? I should have gone for the apple but I got tunnel vision and went straight for the junk.
