Ilsa Pualson gets my vote.
For guys, Pat Porter ran at 6' and 132. That's pretty thin.

Tom Fleming was not a roly poly guy when he was running.

Chris Fox was the skinniest american runner I have ever seen Also, belive me, Fleming is not that thin anymore
Me.
I'm 5'8 and weight 115-120 pounds. I've always have been skinny, though I eat, sleep, bike, and run plenty.
Probably some 12 year old girl who runs XC for her middle school team.
Yeah Chris Fox, think he was like 6'0 120#,
Zola Budd 44kg

Wow! I thought 6' 140 pounds was just ridiculous, I can't imagine another 20 pounds skinnier.
Janeth Jepkosgei looks two-dimensional. Even more so when she's running alongside Caster Semenya.
Tergat raced well at 6'3" and 139#'s. Norpoth was best described as cadaverous.

Jesus. At first glance I thought oh, she's just thin. Then I saw how big Jordan Hasay looks next to her. RIDICULOUS.
A good example of healthy-skinny vs. unhealthy-skinny.
My initial thoughts were Kiprop and Paul Tergat.
Here's a reference for some of the faster people who have bothered to race (some thinner than others):

I was going to do a height/weigth ratio but I can't copy the table into excel.
The lean wolf leads the pack, baby.

Asbel Kiprop, end of tread.
6'2" 145 lbs, that's a stick. I'm 6'3" 175 lbs and even I'm skinny by some peoples standards.
There's no way Kiprop was 145 at 6'2. I'm 6'2 150 and I'd look like a frickin buffalo next to him.
Definitely has to be Yomif Kejelcha, imo. Love the guy and clearly it works for him, but it's crazy he's under 130 at his height. I weigh as much as him at 5'10 and had the doctor worried earlier this year because my BMI was <18.5. Can't count the amount of times people will tell me I need to eat more
