I'm not a pro cyclists, i love cycling and do it often on charity rides and rides with friends, I race HPV's (Velomobiles) in 6-24 hour races with 7 other guys on the team , sharing the cycling duties. I've been taking these for the past few months, when i first started they were just for my immune system, then i found out the other benefits.
I have gained an increase in performance since using them, but that has came with alot of hard training aswell, so maybe its just the training making the diffrence.

Check and make sure it's a real article and not an ad disguised as one. I get the digital version and the way I read through it skips over the ads, I don't remember seeing anything about this.
