There is still a man with the talent to match Bolt's (or come very very close) in this "era", dont think we will ever see it now though.
Get in a time machine and put Charlie, Heredia and Ben "working" together nowaydays, Ben would be racing 9.6x sideways, proly toping at 9.4x, I dont doubt it one bit.
