Not sure. Probably foolishly I am thinking of trying 4:18/k for 15k, then see how I am feeling. If good, speed up slightly to give myself a shot at sub 3. If not ease up and run 4:25/k. If by some chance I have a great day and if I start out at 4:25 then I am sure I couldn't make up enough time over the latter part of the race to get sub3. So the question is whether to be brave or run the sensible pace indicated. Of course its all weather dependent.
Last week went well five 3 hour runs after a recovery day on Monday, knee and hamstring not 100% though.
