I know a lot of people are knocking Hasay's strategy here, but this is a rare opportunity for her to push herself and run a really fast time, possibly American record. She's an elite runner, she likes to challenge herself. She has plenty of marathons in the future to run a more strategically, so why not go for it here and she what she can do?
