Interesting juxtaposition in tone. You come off as a jerk in the first part, but actually appear to support opportunity to recognize seniors.

Graduation or state meet -- oh well, the stars didn't align this time. Just like the real world. Those seniors who have to choose are getting a good life lesson. Life's a be-atch sometimes.
Hey, I had to work on Super Bowl Sunday and missed a stunning Patriots win! Waaaaahhhhhhhh!
The link to the news item did note:
"The revised schedule has a time slot at 11:50 a.m. on Sunday to honor those seniors who will be missing their graduation. They are encouraged to wear caps and gowns. Their coaches must check in to the inquiry table in order to participate."
That's a decent gesture, I'd say.
I also have an interesting juxtaposition in skin tone, but that's from falling asleep at the state track meet with my back against a wooden picket fence on a sunny afternoon.

Hey, what can I say? In general, I'm a juxtaposer. I went to see my shrink recently because part of me felt like I was a tepee, and another part like a wigwam.
"Relax," said the psychologist, "you're too tents. And you have an interesting juxtaposition in tone."
Abdi abda, best of luck in your psychology career.
Did you really just try to compare graduation and the state meet to your crap job and a televised event? 😂🤣😂🤣
