Do you?

Given the question you asked, I'm not sure you know what a resume is.
Did two time winner Tom Fleming have the other end?

Bill seals it, now and forever, just by holding the tape today at NYC.
The only reason we are having this conversation is that Rodgers was injury-free? Are you here for laughs?

Dathan much better on track, better in cross-country, toss-up on roads. Rodgers was basically injury-free during his career. That's the only reason we are having the conversation.

Correct. Am I missing something?

We in to hypotheticals now? If Runner A had not had this injury, and this other injury, and this yet another injury, he would have had a better career than Runner B?

He said before the race he was going to put everything on the table. Is that the same?

Bill defined American road running in his era. Ritz does not have a talking point like that on his c.v.
Injury or rather absence of injury is another positive when evaluating a persons sports career.
While it is always hard to compare different eras Bill ran and won or placed well no matter who showed up to race.
The idea of saying that if he wasn't injured he would have done this or that is folly. You don't actually do it--- it ain't on your resume.
Plus Bill dips cold pizza into the mayo jar and eats it standing in the light from the refrigerator, he puts egg salad on chocolate chip cookies and washes it down with beer. What does Ritz bring to the training table that remotely compares?
