They are running 5k at University of Washington today, I don't think it has gone off yet, but if anyone wants to get some results up quick, that would be sweet. |

It's sad that Goucher still runs the 5000 like he has a future in it. |

slattery, goucher and donnelly worked together(the onlly 3 in race), never more than a second apart the first 3200. Then slatt and gouch moved out, the last mile in about 4:18. Rupp said he plans to race in a few weeks. |

You guys are a tough crowd. 13:43, most people on this board can only dream of running so fast. It's a pretty good time for January, the real track season doesn't start for a couple of months. |

Wow a rust buster and you guys dog it. Damn they ran good, damn good, they will make noise come outdoor. |

Go Goucher! After watching '5000 meters' I'm really cheering for him. He's way too hard on himself in the film. He ran well at club XC nat's, evidence that he's been building some strength back, and a time like that at a low-key indoor race is pretty incredible. I'm also cheering for Riley, whom I ran "against" in high school, and I'll be looking for him at the Boston meet in 2 wks. Goucher needs a mindset a little more like Riley's, who comes across as being far happier and well-adjusted to adult life; I didn't get the sense that Riley's world depended on his latest track race. (But it's easier to be happy with an A-standard in the books.) |

Nike is paying Chock to run a 2:25? |

Is there really that many people in the Nike Oregon Project? There were a lot of people in that washington meet with NOP by there name, and I'd never heard of a lot of them. BTW, NOP should really have a website, if they don't already. |

I believe this is a PR for Slattery Indoors or out. McGrath still has not approached his 4:05 HS mark, two years later. He has huge talent. 1:48 and 4:05 HS marks. |
