Abel has shown twice that he can run a fast time in a championship. His time of 2;06:54 in Berlin 2009 is quite close to the Olympic marathon record (2:06:32). If he can reproduce it in the London Olympics, he should win it or place second. He could be the best bet for a top medal. |
