Well i know you shouldnt put expectations upon yourelf when running but i just want to see what you guys think is a good goal for XC next season. I ran 1740 as a Freshman in highschool at the state meet and trained hard throughout the winter getting in 33- 40 mpw all winter after taking some time off after XC. In track i totally tanked it. PRd at 502, 212, and 1051. Had a iron deficiency after getting bloodwork done and am now back to summer XC base. I hit 37 MPW last week and will build up to 49 by the 2nd week of August. Whats a reasonable goal for XC?
