My buddy sent me a link to this yesterday. Why didn't someone tell me about this before!?

I've only read a few of the articles but very impressed so far.
He talks about pretty much everything Vo2 max, cross training, threshold runs, core, doubles, drugs, interval training, barefoot running...

I feel like a kid on christmas day. Bookmark that shit

Does anyone know of other similar websites?

Its like using flagpole to get stock picking advice he has had no real success thus shouldn't be giving out advice.

Well, since I don't buy individual stocks, I don't give stock picking advice.

Quoting bad posts only keeps them around after they're deleted.

Very true. I didn't consider his post that bad though...just stupid, so his stupidity is allowed to remain.

Please explain to me how it was a bad post and how it was not true and I will then apologize.

I wasn't being mean in my original post. I was stating a simple fact. Maybe I said it a little to harshly but it doesn't change the facts.

Ever see that commercial when Abe Lincoln gets asked by a woman if her butt looks big in her outfit?

I think your statement would have been fine if you didn't include that he's a nobody. I mean the guy is an assistant to AlSal - to say he's a nobody in the running world is not fact.
