Only place worse is Detroit, followed closely by Mogadishu and Baghdad. I've been shot at in both places! Incidentally, maybe the incident was because of the mango flavor. Really tastes bad. |

Of course they are all black. Are you surprised? They were probably enraged because the 7-11 wasn't offering free Skittles in addition to the Slurpees. |

This reminds me of the recent thread about some restaurant not allowing some customers to leave the restaurant because they did not leave a tip. Obviously there are huge differences but the thing in common is store/restaurant owners/managers temporarily imprisoning people. As I commented on in that other thread this is pretty much always a bad idea. Whether or not it is legal in certain circumstances I don't know. But it is always a bad idea. Call the cops - don't play cop. And no I am not condoning or in any way excusing the behavior of the mob. |
