Plasma has the best bang for your buck.

Agree. I did a ton of research - Samsung or Panasonic plasma. Only way to go.

I think it depends on how much light is in the room. I have a plasma that I thought was the greatest TV on earth. I moved into a new house and the TV area has a lot more light and the reflection sucks. At night it's still amazing though.

LED is where it's at in my opinion if price isn't a big deal. Samsung has some new LED smart TV's that are pretty mind blowing.

My LED looks great. It was only a few dollars more than the LCD equivalent

I have an LCD because the room where my tv is located has a big window directly opposite the tv. No glare, great picture. When I was at Best Buy picking out the tv, I couldn't tell enough in picture quality difference to get a LED tv over the LCD.
