umm, maybe because he knows how to create wealth, weather for himself or others. id say he knows how to generate cash flow, and thus, how to be successful in an economy. if you have as much common sense/street smarts as Jay Z, you could have figured out that answer on your own. |

Little known fact, Jay Z has a PhD in economics from the University of Chicago. He's also advised former Fed chair Greenspan and current chair Bernanke. Back in 2000, he wrote and excellent OpEd in the New York Times arguing that the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act in 1999 would have very negative consequences in the not too distant future. In less than a decade, he would be proven right on all counts. When Jay Z talks about the economy, you listen. The better question would be: Why wouldn't CNN interview Jay Z about the economy? |
