To put it into perspective, both Rosas are running slower than Cheserek this year and Verzbicas last year.

Add that onto the fact that both Cheserek and Verzbicas ran their PRs indoors, and that Verzbicas was virtually running solo and lapping some runners twice.

Oh no, they aren't running as fast as two of the greatest high school distance runners of all time. It would take I microscope to bring your balls/knowledge of running into perspective.

Didn't see it but from the feed it was the three together at the bell and Derrick closed in 57.5, dropping Sambu in the final 200.

You can make all the jokes you want, but two years ago Joe ran = 8:44.06 for 2 miles at NON. According to McMillan that = a 14:11 5k. Remember that was 2 years ago, and he just ran a 14:25 in what was obviously a fast enough race for him. He should be a 13:45 guy if trained properly and consistently healthy, but guys like that aren't exactly a dime a dozen.

79 degrees and probably way hotter on the track would slow most people!
Need to cut those runners some slack.
