Do you think any serious runners are going to sign up for a race where half the field is all-out sprinting the first 400 meters? No one needs that kind of shit getting in the way of his/her sub-25 5k. |

Typically 5-10 guys go for it. And I am sure that won't get in the way of any people. As for the Heartbreak hill thing that was what the guys named it back in the day so they just have not changed it. |
