Looks to me like the speed is gone. He looked flat out the entire race, somehow. Look at how he gets gapped in the first 75 meters, all the while looking physically like he's running a 200m dash. This season makes me wonder if Webb wasn't a doper his entire career. |

Webb honestly looked cracked out before the race, I understand pre-race jitters, but that seemed a little excessive. To each their own i guess....... And webb did not look comfortable at that pace at all. call if foot speed, foot speed velocity, leg speed, micro fibers, whatever floats your boat but he just didn't look comfortable, seemed like he was sprinting the entire time. Andrews looked like he was missing a gear at the end, and props to Rutt. Is he sponsored by any shoe companies? Someone get that kid a shoe deal! |
