23 y/o using 20%-40% credit utilization. All CC bills paid on time. Cable bill a day late occasionally but no penalty fee. Direct bill other utilities. No other obligations. 609 credit score Why? |

I was thinking the same thing about short history. Also, if you apply for things like store credit cards, it takes a while for those to "roll off". clarkhoward.com has good info on credit score. |
