I was in the middle of my run and as I moved laterally from dirt trail to pavement it felt as if my knee gave out. I had to walk back 3-4 miles and could not run on it after. There is no pain but I cannot walk normally or run, what is my problem? Need your help/advice ASAP! |

Bad bad bad. Maybe meniscus. I had same thing once playing football in highschool. Move laterally, unatural your knee is gone. Good luck with you recovery. Dont believe that guy. I still running twenty years later. 16 min 5 k. Take it easy. |
