I know im in much better shape than this.... am i not build like a distance runner..... 5"11 145 (allitle extra fat) idk.... Someone please help me. |

Bad day? Bad pacing? Poor nutrition? Don't let one race get you down |
| trust me it is this |

Pfft, I wouldn't sweat it. It's probably just because you are a racist. |
| you.suck. |

May be iron related. Worth getting a CBC done, I'd say. Do you feel run down when not running? Also, 3200 may be a little out of your racing range right now. What do you think? |
| heres the deal yo |

if you think that 5'11 145 is a little extra fat than youre being a stupid distance runner, you are a friggin twig. thats probably why your racing slow. put some muscle on son. im 5'9 155 consistently when im racing my best(800-5k, D1 runner for top 30 school). whenever i drop below 155 my times get slower. |

How long have you been at 60 miles per week? What sort of other training (besides the tempo) and racing have you been doing? How long ago was that mile PR- was it this season? It could be your legs are worn out by the work and once you taper your times will drop. |

other than tempo i run a 15 mile long run on monday, 5 easy on tuesday, on wednssday i do a 2 mile warm up, 4 mile tempo at 5:50 pace, 3x 400s @ 65 with a 3 mile cooldown, on thursday a do a 13 mile run, followed by an easy 4-6 miles on friday, on saturday i either have a race or do a run totalling 9 miles. sunday is a chilled 5. that is my week, any advice? |

You are Trolling I have never read or heard of a High school track program with two long runs of 15 and 13 miles. If I sent my boys on a run that long they would be lost or get into trouble |
| wha huh? |

Well, if you aren't trolling, reconsider your not taking any rest days and doing 2 long runs a week. That is just silly. If you swap a long run day for a day of rest it may take a few weeks for things to repair themselves, but your season is probably over so it may not matter. |
