Depends on how many days I run. When I do a hard workout or a longish run, I figure that the sweat cleans my skin (sweat is mostly just water, so sweating profusely is basically just like taking a shower). So if I'm running every day, I usually won't shower. If I take multiple days in a row off, I'll usually try to shower on the second off day. |

I shower before work in the morning, then after the run in the evening. What's so odd about that? I only shower after the run on the weekends or days off. I've had friends who shower more than me. |

I shower everyday and many times twice a day. However I don't always use soap and shampoo. Sometimes it is just a rinse. |

I shower with my gf every AM after we make love,after my daily workout and usually we slip in a romp before going out for the evening/diner that leads to needing a rinse. On average 18 to 20 times a week. She has a kink for shower sex so sometimes the morning romp gets repeated in the rainroom. |
