Yes. Probably without straining. Unless you're like a 45/1:48 400/800 guy. Even then I wouldn't rule it out. |

I knew a guy in high school who ran 4:19 twice for the mile. He tried to break 10 minutes for 2 miles twice, once at the league meet. I think his fastest time was 10:06. |
