Recently done the following workouts and races

6k road race 20:14
4*400m (90),(3mins) 4*200 (90), 4*150 (60)
63 65 63 66 31 31 30 31 22 21 22 21
10*400m (90) 71 70 70 69 69 69 69 68 69 66
8*200m (2mins) 30 30 29 29 29 29 28 28 28

What do you think im in shape to run for 800m and 1500m

18 years old, averaged around 45-50mpw in the fall
Here are my PB's from last year
800; 2 06
1500; 4 19
3000; 9 34
5000; 16 50

Probably should have ran a couple of seconds quicker over each race, but suffered with a few niggling injuries and just didnt get in the right races...

2 min is too much rest on the 8x200 workout. try it with 30 sec rest, it should give you a good average of your race pace.
Same with 10x400, drop the rest from 90 to 60
