Sheila Reid and Jordan Hasay are having great careers and will have bright futures.

But Abbey D'Agostino and Katie Flood are the future of American distance running. 15:23 and 4:11 with BIG negative splits today at Mt. SAC. They are the real deal, they are healthy and consistently improving, and both have great range and finishing kicks.

No offense dog money, but Jordan Hasay will be inspired by the jowl ripping performance of Evan Jager and she will POP A SQUAT and rain on those little girly girl's parades. You heard it here first. Mark my words. Case closed. End of thread.

maybe. Reid will be the queen of Canadian running for some time. I could see her under 15:00 this year in the right race situation.
