my opinion is that paula loses the 2012 olympics. she is too old for compete gainst africains i agree with kevin azn boyss that she should be happy at top 10 finish in olympics after her half merathon disastre |

The marathon at the Olympics is not like big-city marathons, especially the women’s event. In this millennium alone, who, apart from die-hard buffs, would have expected Takahashi, Noguchi and the last winner, 38 year old Tomescu - to win on the day? And the Olympic record is nothing to write home about either - 2.23 something. On the day - it is a lottery - anything can happen. |
