I did a workout that consisted if 10x 200. 35,33,31,31,31,31,31,30,31,30. rest was 1:50. The first 2 were 1 minute in between because i was still trying to figure out pace..... Either way, what is my 800 time right now? Any estimate would be helpful |

Maybe 1:42.5 or faster. Look man, you need to get a good coach. |

Hey "I gave up...kuy," it is not that easy from everyone to just "get a good coach." From that workout, I would say between 2:05-08. |

Tell that s***, to your kids bro. Do the math with me.... Shoes:$ 60 - 110. Marathons & half/marathons $65 - 110. What about 5k's and 10's road races? Some $25 or more. Add that S*** up bro. Be smart and get some F**king help bro. |

I have a coach, dude. Just wanted to know what this workout meant. -Thank you to the guy who actually answered me! |

We're not talking about a marathon, here. If you want to know how fast you can run an 800, just go run one. |

do it with 30 sec rest, take the average and extrapolate. I'd say closer to 2:10 than 2:05 from this workout. 1:30 rest is a lot for 200s at ~800 race pace |

My last 8x200 went like this: 30, 31, 29, 29, 28, 27, 26, 24. Rest was approximately a minute, and I'm a 51.83 400 runner and only a 2:00 800 runner. I'm horribly lacking strength, but yeah your time is probably 2:10-2:11. The break is way too long. |
