I'm a high school coach and am looking to buy a finishlynx system to use for dual meets and an invitational. There are a lot of different components out there and was curious as to which you feel are essential from your experiences using finish lynx. Black and white camera + identilynx camera (great for cross country backup and can help identify athletes from a front view in track) + hytek photo interface software (enables you to connect finish lynx computer to hytek computer and helps with less typing and quicker results) + gill scrolling clock ( will show running time and can scroll results after each race) I have had signal problems with the wireless gun sensor and just go with the cable (will need to setup camera on inside of track with a wired gun sensor in most situations) |

Thanks. I wonder if others have had the same problem with the wireless sensor. It sounds like such a better way to go, but if it doesn't work very well... |
