Can't speak for the others, but Flag has 100's of miles of trails and dirt roads in addition to being at altitude. You can run perfectly runs or do runs where you gain 1500 feet in 3 miles. Pretty much everything you would ever need. Plus its a sweet town. |

Boulder is hands-down the most over-rated of all of these. cliquey running groups, @$$holes with disposable income and too much time on their hands. and you better have serious $$$$ to live and train there. |
