With the first few outdoor meets under their belts, how does each team look? Who's running fast now, and who do you think is just biding their time?

Lafayette/Lehigh and Navy/Army are facing off tomorrow in their respective rivalry meets. Bucknell is down at the Colonial Relays at William & Mary, and Holy Cross is split between the New Hampshire Invitational and the Auburn Tiger Classic. Colgate is traveling to the Sam Howell Invite at Princeton, while American doesn't seem to be competing.

Michael is pretty talented, should be a factor in the distance races in the coming years.

Nice run by Johnson at Princeton. For those who weren't there, he won with a monster last 1200-1600.

And congrats to the Midshipmen for eeking out the Army-Navy duel.

Bucknell's All-American Javelin guy Ted Heitzman is out for the year - could hurt the Bison's chance for a championship.

Championship Week is Here!

Big senior send off for Rudolph, DeRosa, Arent, Tooker, Metevier, Donaldson, Connelly, Evers, DellaPelle, Haney, Cody Rome, Bunnell, Olsen, Kosgei, Hutchins, Chris Wagner, Houston, and anyone else I forgot!

Good luck guys, its been great having you.

The 5k should be exciting, but having it at the end of the meet sort of loses some luster. The 10k could be a burner, if Johnson and Kosgei go at it again.

Navy and Bucknell look like they'll go at it in the 4x8, but I think the edge goes to the experienced Midshipmen.

Arent for Athlete of the Meet looks like a good bet yet again. Could get wins in both hurdles and the 400. I'd like to see him on the 4x8 too...

I'm not so up to date on the girls side, but welcome back into action Ms. Palacio. She had a tough indoor championship but is running really well. Could be a good 800 matchup with
the Lehigh girl.

Colgate only had 4 people compete at the meet. That is an embarrassment.

Come on guys, Johnson won't be there forever.

Really solid showing by the Patriot League in the distance races at IC4A's last night. two wins in the women's races by burns in the 5k and junta in the 10k. in the men's races lehigh's sophomores all broke 14:30 including Miller who lost a shoe about halfway through the race. in the 10k there were three guys under 31 and galindo, sadlock, and krystek took 10, 11, and 13. not bad at all.
