I'd guess 3:02-3:04 for the 1200, and that your best event would've been 800. |

My prs were 50pt time trial, 1:54.4 neg split of 58/56, and 4:33 1600 with splits of 3:33 with a 60 last lap which was few min after a 1:56 800 w splits of 61 and 55. I also split 1:52 for a 800 on a relay and think i couldve gone 49 split and around 4:20 had a focused on the mile. i think i could go sub 3:10. |

Your mile time needs to be faster, but you may have (not sure why you are using past tense?) been able to flirt with 3:00. By way of comparison, I was a 52/1:55/4:10/14:55 runner who ran the 3 lapper for our DMR team and managed an even 3:00 as my best (I swear it was 2:59 but the watch said different!). Your leg speed could get you under 3:00. Other estimates here seem too slow. Your best event was 800. |

If you have good competition on the front end, going out in approx. 58 - 60, you should flirt with 3 flat. However ifte pace goes out slow like 1600 pace 64-65, you'll probably hand off in 3:12. If you go and run your even paced leg, you should be about 3:06. Good luck and let us know how it goes. |

Hard to say without having run those (400 and especially 1600) times, but I'd say yeah... your 800 would be ~3:05, but that seemed like your best event so somewhere between 3:05 and 3:15 given the times you actually ran. Given that you could have run a faster 1600, it should be closer to 3:05 than 3:15. I think sub-3:10 would be a solid bet. |
