For HS girls, what are conversion times between 100m and 800m?
For example, if she can run 100m in 12.3, what are expectations for 200m/400m/800m assuming she trained for them?

Do a search on the McMillan running website. There is a calculator there. Not perfect but certainly in the ball park.

That is an awful calculator for anything under 800.

Use www.run-down.com and the Purdy points column

Conversions are as follows
100 --> 200 = 100m x 2
200 --> 400 = (200m x 2) / .9
400 --> 800 = 400m x 2.195

800 --> 400 = 800m x .455
400 --> 200 = (400m / 2) x .9
200 --> 100 = 200m / 2

Predicting downward (800m --> 400m --> 200m --> 100m) is more accurate for HS athletes
