Today I did a 6 mile run with the last 2 miles being a fast pickup. I split 5:23 and 5:03 for the last two. What kind of shape am I in for the 1600/3200? |

well idk what your earlier splits were so its kinda pointless to guess but 9:40? also those splits could be inaccurate depending on how accurate your mile markers are |

just easy 7:10ish for the first 4mi. and im pretty sure they're accurate considering my GPS watch has split them at the same spot the last 3+ years... |
