I did a session of 6x600m off 3 mins recovery in 1:43, 1:42, 1:43, 1:41, 1:42, 1:41.

What sort of shape would this suggest that i'm in for the 1500m?

4:02- 4:04.

Obviously it depends on how you felt during the workout, but lets say it was hard but no real straining.

It also depends if you were wearing spikes or not and if you did it alone or in a group.

Anyway I would say 4:05-4:08

No way that indicates 4:02 to 4:04. That workout is at 68 pace with a solid amount of rest. Not even close. I would say around 4:28.

I put 1600, but I will put 1500m time-around 4:10

any estimates for 6x400 avg 61.4, 1 min rest?
