Are pioneers such as Lance Armstrong, who had a walk-in freezer installed in his house so he could train in it, and Michael Phelps, who trains in 50-60 degree water, onto something evolutionary, or is this just another paleo style gimmick?

Will we see treadmills moved into meat lockers?

Cool, I didn't know people did this type of cold training. Interesting.
heat training is better
